Buffalo Chicken Wings

Buffalo Chicken Wings

2 net carbs. Add extra carbs if using dressing for dip. Recipe adapted from Wheat Belly Cook Book. **Super spicy! Need to reduce hot sauce some more.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1/2 c

butter

1/2 c

hot sauce

1/4 c

water

1 tsp

sea salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a small bowl, combine butter, hot sauce, vinegar and salt. Reserve 1/4 c.

* Step 2

Pour remaining marinade in large bowl. Toss in wings to coat and refrigerate 1 hr, stirring occasionally.

* Step 3

Place oven rack 8" from broiler. Preheat broiler.

* Step 4

Line rimmed baking sheet with foil. Arrange wings in sheet so they are not touching each other.

* Step 5

Broil 30 min., turn and drain extra juices half way through cooking. Transfer to plate and top with reserved sauce.

* Step 6

Serve with Bleu Cheese or Ranch dressing
