"Spaghetti" and Meatballs

Ingredient

1-1/2 lb

ground beef

1

egg

1 tsp

sea salt

1 T

EVOO

3-4 cloves

garlic, minced

1 jar (28 oz)

tomato sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In med. bowl, combine beef, flaxseeds, egg, basil, oregano and salt. Form 24 one-inch balls.

* Step 2

In large skillet, heat oil. Cook onion and garlic. Add meatballs and cook 10 min, turning to brown all sides and no pink inside.

* Step 3

Pour sauce into skillet and heat through. Remove meatballs and sauce to covered dish to keep warm.

* Step 4

Add zucchini to skillet and cook covered about 3 min, tossing occasionally, until soft.

* Step 5

Serve "noodles" topped with meatballs and sauce.
