Nutella muffins and crunchy peanut butter muffins

Trying different types of muffin recipes, I will say that the doughnut coating is amazing from another cook u know who u are, it's a great extra touch.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre heat oven 180℃/350. In one bowl mix dry ingredients together.

* Step 2

In another bowl add wet ingredients, then add wet to dry, mix together but don't over mix.

* Step 3

Place muffin cases in tins add a tbsp of batter then a tsp of Nutella, then cover with a heaped tbsp of batter repeat 5 times.

* Step 4

Add 1 tbsp of batter into cases, add 1 tsp of crunchy peanut butter and top with a heaped tbsp of batter.

* Step 5

Cook for 20/25 minutes Remove from oven allow to cool for 5 minutes

* Step 6

Put sugar on a plate, melt butter in a bowl and once muffins are cooled dip each muffin in butter then coat in sugar.

* Step 7

Allow to sit for as long as u can then make the coffee/cuppa tea and enjoy
