Pressure Cooker Sushi Rice
This recipe can be easily scaled up without changing cook time.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash sushi rice until water is clear then let dry 10 minutes
* Step 2
Add washed rice, water, and olive oil to pressure cooker
* Step 3
Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes then let naturally release for 10 minutes
* Step 4
Whisk together rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in small pot over low heat until dissolved
* Step 5
Drizzle vinegar mixture over rice while gentle folding rice until thoroughly mixed
