Ingredient

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the poha to a non stick pan and dry roast on medium heat for 3-4 minutes

* Step 2

Take off heat and let cool completely

* Step 3

Dry grind the poha into a course mix

* Step 4

Melt 2 tablespoon ghee in a non stick pan

* Step 5

Add the cashews and raisins to the pan

* Step 6

Sauté on Low heat until cashews are brown and raisins puff up

* Step 7

Once done, take off heat and keep them aside

* Step 8

Add the poha now and roast for 3-4 minutes on Low heat

* Step 9

Add water now and mix well

* Step 10

Once lump free add 2 teaspoon ghee and mix

* Step 11

Add the cardamom powder, colour and jaggery

* Step 12

Combine by mixing continuously for 2 minutes

* Step 13

Once the mixture comes together, add the cashews and raisins

* Step 14

Mix and take off heat

* Step 15

Enjoy warm !
