Spicy,tangy and flavourful Chaat served on leftover bread slices

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Using a round cup/large cookie cutter, cut the white portion of the leftover bread slices into round shape
* Step 2
Toast/grill them on both sides on a tawa till they are crisp
* Step 3
Slice the boiled potato into roundels and coat them with lemon juice
* Step 4
Place at least 2 sliced potatoes on each bread piece
* Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of onions and tomato over each bread slices
* Step 6
Further add chopped coriander leaves, a pinch of salt and dry spices over each bread slices
* Step 7
Add 1 tablespoon of chutnies over each slice of bread
* Step 8
Finish by adding 1 tablespoon of fine sev over each slices
* Step 9
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
