Pizza and Choco Paani Puris

#Anniversary An interesting way to present a street styled favourite Indian snack

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Choco golgappa:Keep aside 50 gms each chopped sweet cherries & tooti frooti

* Step 2

Crack centers of 10 puris & coat the outer side using 50 ml melted chocolate

* Step 3

Keep inverted on a plate for 10 minutes for chocolate coating to dry

* Step 4

Fill up puris with chopped tooti frooti and cherries & keep aside

* Step 5

Pizza golgappa:Melt 1 tbsn butter & sauté1 onion,50 gms each bellpepper & sweet corn for 10 minutes

* Step 6

Crack the center and fill up 10 puris using the sautéed veggies

* Step 7

Add 1 tsn chopped tomatoes on each and 1 tsn cumin powder, followed by 1 tsn Chaat masala

* Step 8

Add 1 tsn chopped coriander leaves followed by 1 tsn grated mozzarella cheese

* Step 9

Microwave for about 2 minutes till the cheese melts slightly

* Step 10

Add 1 tsn tamarind syrup on each puri

* Step 11

Add 1 tsn green chilly chutney followed by 1 tsn grated cheese. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on each

* Step 12

Serve Choco Golgappas topped with 1 tsn melted white chocolate and Choco shaves
