Scalloped potatoes on stove top

good for those who dont have a oven.At the end top it with pepper/parmeson/salt!yummy!

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

45 mins
4 large

potatoes

2 cup

milk

1/2

onion

2 tsp

garlic

1 tbsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

fry onions till slightly brown in round sauce pan

* Step 2

add crushed garlic and cook with onions

* Step 3

mix potato bake powder with milk in a cup

* Step 4

add this into the sausepan that has the garlic and onions

* Step 5

put the sause pan aside

* Step 6

cut potatoes in scalloped shape

* Step 7

add it into the sauce pan

* Step 8

place saucepan back into stove

* Step 9

cook at very low heat(level 2) to make sure it does not get burned at the bottom

* Step 10

mix every 10min for even cooking

* Step 11

use a sharp knife to check if potatoes are done

* Step 12

once potatoes are done , place chedder cheese on top and off the stove and cover.

* Step 13

serve after10min uncovered to ensure cheese melted and sauce is not watery
