Quick and easy way to cook a butternut squash. Easy to peel and smash for Butternut squash pie.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place trivet in instant pot. Pour in water.
* Step 2
Wash the butternut squash. Place in instant pot.
* Step 3
Set IP on high for 20-25 minutes. Natural steam release 5-10 minutes. Then release remaining steam.
* Step 4
Remove from instant pot. Let cool to touch. Remove peel or leave the it on, your choice.
* Step 5
Prepare to your preference.
