Gajar Ka Halwa or Carrot Halwa

Gajar Ka Halwa is a traditional, rich and decadent, slow-cooked dessert. However, these days when we are always in short of time I present this recipe where gajar ka halwa can be prepared in a very short time without compensating with the taste. It is prepared especially in winter when fresh carrots are available. Gajar ka Halwa is mostly served warm, but it also tastes amazing when served chilled. #ebook 26
