Nariyal Gosht

Spicy and yummy Nariyal Gosht gravy . Tastes well with Roti/ Chapathi.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pressure cooker add mutton, water, turmeric powder, red chillies, Coconut slices, salt, Ginger garlic paste. Pressure cook it till 3 whistles.

* Step 2

Once it's cooked completely strain the extra water and keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat up a kadhai. Add in oil, chilli powder and saute well.

* Step 4

Now add the cooked mutton and mix well.

* Step 5

Check for salt and spice. Cover cook for about 10 minutes. And done.
