Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take pan add ghee when hot add semolina saute in medium flame till golden brown in colour and turns aromatic.
* Step 2
Then add milk and water (semi-liquid consistency) runs continuous, till halwa is thick then add again 2 tbsp ghee and then add sugar and dry fruits, turns off.
* Step 3
Serve hot and garnish with almonds or dry fruits. Enjoy.
