Ingredient

2 cups

sugar

1.5 cup

water

as required

Oil for frying

2 tbsp

Rose water

2 tbsp

ghee

2-6 tbsp

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a deep bowl put mix of gulab jamun add milk 5-6 tbsp and mix well then add water as required and make soft dough. (dough not be hard) then make a small smooth balls without crack on your hand palms.

* Step 2

Take pan for fry. When the oil is medium hot then add balls of gulab jamun and fry till golden brown in colour.

* Step 3

Take pan add water and sugar and cardamom powder and make syrup for gulab jamun. After 15 minutes when syrup is ready add rose water and mix well.l, When balls are ready then put in this syrup. (Syrup should not be very hot or not be very cold)

* Step 4

Rest balls in syrup for 15 minutes to absorb the syrup in balls. After that gulab jamun is ready, Enjoy
