* Step 1
1 Firstly dice the yellow, green, and red bell pepper and boil the corn then in a pan add 1 tsp oil and sautee the veggies at high flame
* Step 2
2 In a bowl add mayonnaise, milk, pasta mix, oregano chili flakes, black pepper, and salt.
* Step 3
3 Then add the sauteed veggies and boiled pasta and give it a mix.
* Step 4
Then top it with parsley and give it a mix and your Cold Pasta is ready.
