Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take the leftover roti and apply mayonnaise on it evenly
* Step 2
Then top it with tomato, capsicum, corn, paneer(Herbed paneer : Oregano+ chilli flakes),cheese
* Step 3
Then finally sprinkle some mixed herbs.
* Step 4
Take a kadhai and preheat it now place the roti in it and cover it with a lid and roast it until the cheese melts (Under low flame)
* Step 5
Once done turn off the flame and your Cheesy tortilla is ready.
* Step 6
Serve it with ketchup and enjoy
