Chia Seed Curd Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add 2 tbsp chia seed add water and soak it for 1 hour.
* Step 2
After an hour add 1/2 cup curd, salt and give it a proper mix and keep it aside.
* Step 3
Take a pan to add oil once the oil is heated add mustard seeds, green chili, curry leaves, urad dal, chana dal, and cook it until the dal turns slightly brown.
* Step 4
Once done turn off the flame and add the tempering to the chia seed curd rice.
* Step 5
Finally garnish it with coriander and your healthy tasty Chia seed curd rice is ready.
