Cheese Burst Appam

Ingredient

1 cup

sooji

1/2 tsp

oregano

1/2 tsp

Basil

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

cooking soda

1 1/2 cup

curd

as needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1 In a mixing bowl add all the above ingredients (apart from oil, cheese) and whisk it well (add curd as per the consistency of the batter) (The batter should have medium cosistency).

* Step 2

Now place the pan on the stove on medium flame no drizzle some oil in the pan and then pour some batter then add the cheese cube and pour some more batter. And then cover it with lid.

* Step 3

Roast it from both the sides until they turn slight brown.

* Step 4

4 Once done turn off the flame and transfer it into the serving plate.

* Step 5

Serve it ketchup and your cheese burst Appam is ready
