Raw Mango Paratha

Ingredient

2 cups

wheat flour

1/4 cup

raw mango

as required

coriander leaves

1/4 tsp

ajwain

as per taste

Salt

as required

Water

as required

Ghee for frying

1 tbspn

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, raw mango, coriander, mint leaves,green chilli,Chaat masala, ajawain,oil,saltwater and knead the dough.

* Step 2

Once the dough is kneaded cover it with a wet cloth and let it rest for 20 Mins.

* Step 3

Make small roundels and dust it into the wheat flour and roll it with help of rolling pin

* Step 4

Pre Heat the griddle then place paratha on it grease it with ghee and cook it until there appears brown spot on both the sides.

* Step 5

Once done turn off the flame and transfer it into the serving plate.

* Step 6

Serve it with curd, pickle, green chutney
