Spring Onion and Tomato Pulao
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add 2 tbspn of ghee once the ghee is heated add Mustard and cumin seeds then add chopped tomatoes,boiled corn and chopped leeks and mix it.
* Step 2
Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,pav bhaji masala,salt and mix it
* Step 3
Then add the leftover rice and mix it and then add chopped coriander.
* Step 4
Your quick and easy pulav is ready
