Oats Khichdi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take the pressure cooker and place it on the cook top and turn onn the flame

* Step 2

Add 2 tbspn of ghee once the ghee is heated add Hing,turmeric powder and green chillies, then add all the chopped veggies,peas and sautee it for a min.

* Step 3

Then add garam masala,pavbhaji masala and mix it.

* Step 4

Now add the oats and 1 1/2 cup water then add salt and stir it. Then cover it with the lid and pressure cook it untill 3 whistles

* Step 5

After 3 whistles wait untill the pressure cooker cools downs only after then you open the lid.

* Step 6

Your Khichdi is ready transfer it into the serving plate and garnish it with coriander

* Step 7

Serve it hot to your guest on the special occasion of sankranti
