Schezwan Poha

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a strainer put poha in it and keep it under running water for 30 sec and drain it

* Step 2

Take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil once the oil is heated add Hing, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies and saute it.

* Step 3

Then add chopped tomatoes, carrot, capsicum and mix it

* Step 4

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt, schezwan sauce and give it a mix.

* Step 5

Then add the poha and give it a mix then add sugar, lemon juice and mix it. Finally, garnish it with chopped coriander.

* Step 6

Your Chinese poha is ready to serve and eat.
