Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings
250 gm

puffed rice

2 tsp

oil

1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds

1/3 tsp

Asafoetida

to taste

Salt

as needed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bigger bowl add 1/2 litre water then add puffed rice in it and soak it for 10 min. Once done after 10 min press the puffed rice and remove the excess water and take it on another plate

* Step 2

Take a pan add 2 tbspn of oil once the oil is in it then add mustard & cumin seeds, hing, turmeric powder then add green chilli, chopped Tomatoes, coriander,curry leaves and sautee it

* Step 3

3 Then add soaked puffed rice and give it a mix.

* Step 4

Then add roasted gram powder,salt as per taste,lemon juice and mix it well

* Step 5

Then transfer it to serving bowl and garnish it with coriander

* Step 6

Your Puffed Rice Poha is ready.
