Non Fried Masala Papad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Apply ghee with the help of a brush on both sides of papad and roast it on the stove (or if you have microwave roast it in microwave for 10 sec)

* Step 2

Once roasted place it on the serving plate sprinkle red chilli powder then add chopped tomatoes then sprinkle chaat masala

* Step 3

Then once again sprinkle red chilli powder on the tomatoes

* Step 4

Then put sev on it and garnish it with coriander

* Step 5

Note : The reason why I applied a little ghee on the papad and roasted it because it would give you the taste of fried masala papad that u usually have it in restaurants.
