Masala fried roti

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1 take a pan add 2 tbspn ghee once the ghee is heated add Hing,green chillies,curry leaves,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,pav bhaji masala and mix it well.

* Step 2

Then add tomatoes and capsicum,then add salt and mix it make the pieces of roti and add it then add 1/2 cup boil water and mix it well and keep stiring untill the water is evaporated once done turn off the flame.

* Step 3

Transfer it to the serving plate and garnish it with coriander and grated cheese.
