Pav bhaji paratha

A combination of Mumbai street food with roti

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 to 5 servings
as per taste

salt

as required

water

1cup

cabbage

1 cup

peas

as required

butter

as per taste

red chilli powder

handful

coriander

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add wheat flour,salt and mix it well and prepare dough and keep it aside.

* Step 2

Take a wok add half cup butter and heat it then add roughly chopped tomatoes,raw banana,capsicum,cabbage and peas then add salt,red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and mix it well

* Step 3

Then add 1 cup water cover the wok with a lid and let it boil for 15 to 20 mins (untill the vegetables becum tender). 4 once the veggie s are boiled then mash it with masher then add coriander and lemon( if required u can add some more pavbhaji masala as per the taste.

* Step 4

Take the dough make 2 roundels and roll it in 1 spread the prepared bhaji and top it with chesse and cover it with another roti (make sure both the rotis should stick to each other properly)

* Step 5

Take a griddle let it heat then transfer the roti on griddle add sum butter and roast it.
