No bake Oreo Swiss roll

No bake dessert

Ingredient

250 grams

Biscuits

as needed

Milk

2 tablespoon

Butter

40 grams

Coconut

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind biscuits in a blender. Transfer it to mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon coffee powder, chocolate syrup, 1 tablespoon butter, milk and knead into a smooth soft dough

* Step 2

In a another mixing bowl, add 40 grams coconut, powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon butter, 1 Tbspn milk and mix well to combine.

* Step 3

Take a parchment paper and apply some melted butter on it. Put the biscuit mixture and roll it into thickness and try make rectangle shape. Spread the filling over it.

* Step 4

Press it firmly and start rolling it as tight you can. Refrigerate for 4 - 5 hours. Once set, remove the paper and cut it into thick slices. Serve.
