Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add sugar with 1/2 cup water melt it. till it's got bubble.
* Step 2
Fry gram flour in low flame till it's rawness goes away.. About 30sec.melt ghee into another pan.
* Step 3
Greess the Thai with ghee. Add gram flour into sugar syrup and melted ghee.. Stir it continuously.
* Step 4
When it getting thick pour it into greceed utensils. Spread it evenly and set it for 5-10 min.
* Step 5
Now cut it with the knife in square shape.it's ready to eat. Garnish it with some rose petals.
