Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat pan and dry roast upma on medium flame.than fry cashewnuts till it's colour golden.
* Step 2
Now heat oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds,curry leaves.when it pop up add bengal gram and fry it till it's golden than add onion and green chilli saute it for a min.than add all the chopped vegetables add salt and fry it for 4-5 min.on medium flame.
* Step 3
Now add dry roasted oats mix and fry for 2 min.than add water mix it and cook it for 3-4 min with lid.
* Step 4
Now add chopped coriander leaves and fried cashewnuts mix it well into pan.off the flame.
* Step 5
Keep it into serving bowl garnish it with coriander leaves.serve it hot.
