Fried Idli Manchurian

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soked urad daal and rice for 5-6hour than grind it make a thick batter with adding salt and baking soda of it and rest it for Fermentation for 8-10 hour or over night.
* Step 2
Take idli stand and steam it for 8-10min.check it with tooth pic.and keep it cool,take it out from stand.
* Step 3
Cut idli into 4part.heat oil into pan add Mustard seeds when it cracks add dry red chillies and curry leaves.
* Step 4
Than add asafoitida,turmeric powder,cumin powder and red chilli powder now fry for 30 sec.than add idli toss it and fry for 1 min.
* Step 5
Add lemon juice or vinegar toss it add soysaus and tomato saus toss it well.
* Step 6
It's done.take it out from pan sprinkle chat masala powder and dry grated coconut for garnising.serve it hot with chana coconut chutney and samber or rasam.
