Crispy Fried Brinjal & Potato fitters
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut potatoes and brinjal in to thick slices. In other bowl Mix gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, cumin seeds and soda by carb. Add water gradually and mix to make thich paste.
* Step 2
Dip brinjal and potatoes slices in batter and fry in oil till golden brown from both sides.
* Step 3
Mix chilli garlic with mayonnaise and make a yummy dip. Enjoy with rains with this snack and a cup of tea.
