Apple Chia Pudding

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a bowl add the yogurt and whisk it until smooth. Add water and whisk it once again. Add the chia seeds and mix it well. Add the honey and mix it well. Cover and allow it to soak for 30 minutes. It can be kept at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
* Step 6
After 30 minutes the mixture has turned thick and now it is ready to make the pudding.

In a bowl add the chopped apple and cinnamon powder and mix it well.
* Step 8
Now to assemble, in a tall glass first add a generous layer of the apple-cinnamon mixture. Next add the curd-chia mixture. Then repeat the apple-cinnamon mixture and finally end with the curd-chia mixture. Top it with apple slices, roasted almonds and cashewnut. Refrigerate it for an hour or overnight.

Healthy and Delicious Apple Chia Pudding is ready. Enjoy it chilled!

Chia seeds become gelatinous when a liquid is added, making them the perfect ingredient for a pudding base.
You can mix it without blending or blend it for a smooth creamy texture.
Chia pudding lasts for about 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container.
