Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, assemble all the required ingredients. Clean, wash, dry and chop the boneless chicken into small pieces.

Take all the ingredients in a food processor or mixie blender and blend them to a smooth paste.

Transfer the chicken mixture into a plate/bowl. Divide the mixture into two portions. Take a square shaped aluminium foil sheet. Add one portion of the chicken mixture on the center of the sheet. Wrap it tight like a candy shape. You can use double foil sheets in order to avoid the water absorption. Do the same process for the second portion of the chicken mixture.

In a cooking pot add water for boiling. Once it starts to boil, drop the rolls in the boiling water. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on low-medium flame for 30 minutes. Once cooked, switch off the flame.

Remove the wrapped chicken from the cooking pot and allow them to cool down completely. Keep in refrigerator for 24 hours or keep in freezer for 3 hours, if in a hurry. Unwrap the foil sheet. Chicken salami is ready.

Slice it up into thick or thin rounds, as desired. It stays good in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5-6 days and in the freezer for a month-long.

Flavorful and Delicious Chicken Salami is ready to enjoy. Serve it as it is or with your choice of dip or use it in sandwiches, wraps, rolls etc.

To make Chicken Salami Sandwich: Line a pan with AsahiKASEI Frying Panfoil. Spray some oil (optional). Fry on low flame on both sides until slightly golden brown.

Cut away all the four ends of two slices of brown bread. Spread both the slices with veg mayonnaise (olive oil). Arrange the chicken slices over the mayonnaise. Cover with the other slice. Cut into desired shape. Serve and enjoy with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
