Green Peas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, remove the stems and the lower part of the broccoli. Separate the florets. Wash it well.

Wash the green peas. Transfer it into a blender and pulse it coarsely.

* Step 3

Transfer it into a mixing bowl. Further chop the broccoli florets and transfer it into a blender and pulse it coarsely. Transfer it into the same bowl alongwith the pulsed green peas. Pulse the broccoli in two batches. Set it aside.

In a blender add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies and blend into a paste. Remove into a small bowl. Steam the potatoes and assemble all the remaining ingredients required.

Heat ghee in a kadai. When the ghee melts, add the ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and saute it on low flame for a minute.

Add in the broccoli-green peas mixture and saute it for 3-4 minutes so that the raw smell leaves.

Add in all the spice powders alongwith salt and saute it for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame.

Transfer the mixture into a large mixing bowl. To it, add grated paneer and steamed and grated potatoes. Potatoes helps the mixture to bind well. Add more, if required.

Mix until well combined. Add more salt, according to taste.

Grease your hands well. Pick a portion of the mixture and form it into kababs of desired shape and size. Refrigerate it for sometime. (Optional)

To make the kababs more healthy just line a pan with AsahiKASEI Frying Pan Foil. Spray oil and fry on low flame until golden brown on both sides. These super tasty kababs can be enjoyed as a starter with your favorite dip.

Healthy and Super Tasty Broccoli Paneer Kabab is ready. It is crispy from outside and soft inside. Enjoy it hot with your favorite dip.

Another way to enjoy it is as a sandwich. Cut away all the four ends of two brown bread slices. Spread vegetable mayonnaise on both the slices. Place the Kabab on one slice. Press the Kabab and spread it all over the slice. Cover with the other slice. Cut and enjoy.

To shallow fry the kababs, heat ghee or oil in a non-stick pan on low flame. Place the prepared kababs and shallow fry on low flame until golden brown on both sides.
