Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded cabbage and carrot, grated potato, chopped green onions, salt, black pepper powder and eggs and mix until well combined.
* Step 2
Add the corn flour and mix it well. The mixture is ready to make the pancakes.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan. Take a portion of the mixture and add it to the pan. Press it gently with a spatula to flatten it. Fry until crisp and golden brown on both sides. Crispy outside and soft inside.
* Step 4
Healthy and Tasty Potato Cabbage Pancakes are ready to serve. Enjoy it hot alongwith with tomato sauce or your favorite dip. Perfect as a side dish or appetizer!
