Mushrooms are grown in a very unhygienic area, hence it is necessary to clean it well. Firstly, wash the mushrooms well. Peel off the skin and trim the stem. If the mushrooms are big, cut them into halves. Before starting to make the Butter Garlic Mushroom, assemble all the required ingredients.

Add the finely chopped coriander leaves and mix it well. Saute it again for few seconds. The spices are coated well to the mushrooms. Flavorful and Juicy Butter Garlic Mushroom is ready.

Transfer it in a serving bowl and garnish it with mint leaves. This is a dry version. To make this recipe in gravy form, just add 2 tablespoon corn flour slurry and enjoy it with any Chinese dish.
