Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in an electric mini food processor add all the ingredients mentioned above under “ Chopped in Mini Food Processor” and chop it fine. Next, heat oil in a pan/kadai and add the finely chopped ingredients. Saute until the onions turn translucent. Add the turmeric powder and fish masala and saute for few minutes.
* Step 2
Drain away the oil from the can and add the tuna chunks. Salt is present so add it accordingly. Saute for few minutes, breaking down the tuna chunks. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool down completely.
* Step 3
Add the mashed potato and chopped coriander leaves and mix until well combined.
* Step 4
Divide the mixture into equal parts. Form each part into desired shape. Coat it with breadcrumbs.
* Step 5
Heat a tablespoon of oil and shallow fry the tuna cutlets until crisp and golden brown on both sides. Transfer it to a serving plate.
* Step 11
