Savory Chana-Aloo Chaat
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the chana/chickpeas overnight. Boil and strain the chana. (Cooked in Instant Pot for 20-25 minutes to get perfectly cooked chana). Set it aside to cool.
* Step 2
In a large mixing bowl add a cup of the boiled chana, the chopped potato cubes and all the ingredients mentioned under “Dressing” and mix it gently until well combined.
* Step 4
Next add the ingredients mentioned under “Veggies “ and fold it gently. Chana-Aloo chaat is ready.
* Step 5
Transfer the chaat into a serving bowl and garnish it with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
* Step 6
Healthy and Delicious Savory Chana-Aloo Chaat is ready to serve. Enjoy it as a salad, snack or starter.
