Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, assemble all the necessary ingredients and set it aside. Roughly crush the roasted peanuts and keep aside.
* Step 2
Add ghee to a non-stick pan/kadai. Heat it till it melts. Add the roasted cumin seeds and allow it to sizzle for few seconds.
* Step 3
Next add the chopped green chillies and curry leaves and saute for few seconds. Add the grated ginger and saute for a minute.
* Step 4
Add the steamed and chopped potatoes and mix it gently.
* Step 5
Add vrat salt and black pepper powder and mix it.
* Step 6
Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. After 5 minutes you will notice that few of the potato cubes have turned slightly golden.
* Step 7
Now add the crushed peanuts and mix it well.
* Step 8
Again cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Give it a quick stir and off the flame.
* Step 9
Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
* Step 10
Mix it well and serve it immediately.
* Step 11
Falahari Vrat Wale Aloo is ready. Enjoy it by itself or with curd.
