Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the amlas and slice them into small pieces. Discard the seeds. Transfer the sliced amlas into a mixer jar.
* Step 2
To it add ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies, cumin powder, black salt and asafoetida.
* Step 3
Add lemon juice to reduce the sourness and bitterness of the amlas. Add salt and water.
* Step 4
Grind to a thick chutney.
* Step 5
Spicy and Delicious Green Amla Chutney is ready. Enjoy it with samosa, pakoras, kachoris or parathas. You can also enjoy it with steamed rice and dal. It can be stored in refrigerator for about 4-5 days.
