Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a small tadka pan, add ghee and milk and heat it lightly.
* Step 2
In a large mixing bowl add besan (gram flour).
* Step 3
Take little ghee-milk mix at a time and rub on the flour. Make sure the flour is coated nicely with the ghee-milk mix. It should hold together when you try to form a ball of the flour. Sieve the flour and discard the residue.
* Step 4
In a non-stick pan add ghee and besan (gram flour).
* Step 5
Keep stirring until the flour turns brown in color and leaves aroma.
* Step 6
Allow it to cool. Add cardamom powder and mix it well.
* Step 7
Next add the powdered sugar and mix it well.
* Step 8
Add the crushed cashewnuts and mix it well. Set it aside to cool.
* Step 9
When the mix is slightly warm, start forming it into ladoos of desired size.
* Step 10
Delicious and Irresistible Besan Ladoo is ready. Enjoy it when you crave for something sweet.
