Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic cloves and roast until golden brown. Remove on a plate to cool.
* Step 2
Next, add the peanuts to the same pan and roast until they are crunchy. Remove on a plate to cool.
* Step 3
In the same pan, add the dried coconut slices and sesame seeds and roast until golden brown. Remove on a plate to cool.
* Step 4
Allow all the ingredients to cool completely. If desired, remove the skin of the peanuts before blending them.
* Step 5
Transfer all the ingredients to a mixer or blender. Add Kashmiri red chili powder and salt. Pulse and blend into a coarse powder.
* Step 6
Dry Garlic (Lahsun) Chutney is ready to enjoy with your favorite snacks. You can transfer it in a clean airtight container and store it in the refrigerator and enjoy it when desired. It stays fresh for about a month.
