Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, make cuts in the chicken breast. Add it to a saucepan alongwith ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder and water. Cover the pan with lid and bring to a boil. Then reduce the flame to low and cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Shred the cooked chicken with the help of a fork. Add it to a bowl. To it, add black pepper powder and pizza toppings.

Next add mayonnaise and grated carrot. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
* Step 3
Heat a pan. Take four slices of brown bread. Cut off all the edges. Place the bread slices on hot pan and toast lightly on both sides. Spread butter on all four slices.
* Step 4
Top only two slices with chicken mixture and lettuce.
* Step 5
Cover with the remaining two buttered slices of bread. Cut into two triangles and serve.
* Step 6
Alternatively, if you like your sandwich well toasted and crispy, spread butter on four slices of brown bread and toast until crisp and golden.
* Step 7
Place lettuce leaves on two toasted bread slices. Top with chicken mixture. Again place lettuce leaves over the chicken mixture.
* Step 8
Cover with the other two toasted slices and serve.
