Chicken Sausage Noodles with Egg and Veggies

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain the noodles. Add a teaspoon of oil to it to avoid sticking. Cover with a lid to keep it warm.
* Step 2
Cut the spicy chicken sausages into small rounds. Heat a pan. Add butter and saute the chicken sausages till fully cooked. Remove from pan and set aside.
* Step 3
In a small bowl add eggs, salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes and mexican seasoning and mix it well.
* Step 4
In the same pan, heat butter. Add the beaten eggs and fry till done. Set aside.
* Step 5
To prepare the sauce, in a small bowl add oil, honey, chinese secret sauce.
* Step 6
Next add soya sauce and green chilli sauce.
* Step 7
Add white vinegar and mix it. Add corn starch and whisk it well.
* Step 8
Wash and cut the carrot and green bell pepper into thin strands. Also wash and cut the green onions and set aside. Grate ginger and garlic and keep aside.
* Step 9
Heat oil and butter in a pan and saute the carrot and green bell pepper till half done. Next add the white part of the green onions and saute.
* Step 10
Sprinkle salt and pepper powder over the vegetables. Add in the ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
* Step 11
Add the sauted chicken sausages and scrambled eggs. Add the green part of the spring onions. Add the partially cooked noodles. Mix well.
* Step 12
Pour the sauce over everything and saute till the sauce thickens. Sprinkle a tablespoon of Hakka Noodles Masala and saute for another minute. Cook until the noodles are reheated.
