Grilled Tuna Sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, add tuna, onions, green chillies, green bell pepper, mayonnaise, red chilli garlic chutney, salad seasoning, red chilli flakes, oregano, mexican seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
* Step 2
Take four bread slices and spread some butter on them. I have used whole wheat bread. Add the prepared tuna stuffing only on two slices.
* Step 3
Cover with the remaining two bread slices on which butter has already been spread. Place the tuna sandwiches in a preheated griller and grill till crisp and golden.
* Step 4
Remove and serve Grilled Tuna Sandwich immediately with red chilli garlic chutney or with any dip, chutney or sauce of your choice.
