Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a hole at the center of the puris with your thumb.
* Step 2
Stuff each puris with 1/2 tsp potatoes.
* Step 3
In a cup of curd, add a pinch of salt and sugar and mix it well.
* Step 4
Add the curd into each puris. (As per your requirements)
* Step 5
Add chopped onions. Add chopped tomatoes.
* Step 6
Add green chutney and red chilli garlic chutney.
* Step 7
Sprinkle chaat masala and black salt or regular salt. Add good amount of sev
* Step 8
Finally, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
