Pineapple or Ananas Malpua is a sweet and delicious Pineapple flavored Indian dessert.There are varieties of Malpua but this Pineapple Malpua is a special one that people prefer eating besides other types of mouthwatering sweet dishes.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and chop pineapple.Add the pieces to a blender and blend to a smooth paste.Reserve few chunks for garnishing. Meanwhile boil milk in a pan with 3 tbsp sugar and cook in low to medium flame till reduced to half. Set aside to cool.
* Step 2
Add the pineapple pulp when the milk is cooled.Add maida, sooji to the batter gradually and sprinkle fennel seeds and cardamom powder.Add raisins,few chopped nuts,baking powder,pinch of salt and whisk to a smooth batter.Set aside for an hour.
* Step 3
Boil water and sugar in a pan or wok till the syrup gets one thread consistency.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.Pour batter with a round dessert spoon in the hot oil to make a round flat shape like pancake but comparatively of smaller radius.Fry both sides flipping carefully till golden brown.
* Step 5
Immerse in sugar syrup. Let it soak for 2 minutes and then take it out on a plate.Serve warm or chilled as per choice garnished with few pineapple pieces and chopped nuts,as an aftermeal dessert and relish the flavours of pineapple in an awesome delicacy Pineapple Malpua.
