To make this lassi few handful ingredients like pear,curd,ginger,mint leaves, honey and ice cubes are required. Pear lends fiber while curd is an amazing probiotic enriched with protein and calcium.This beverage is made using honey ,a natural sweetener.It is perfect for all weight watchers Enjoy a glass of health drink in breakfast or to satiate your hunger pangs anytime of the day and boost your energy.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel 2 pears,slice and deseed.Cut into small pieces.Puree them with ginger,mint leaves,black salt, honey and curd in a blender jar.

* Step 2

Add ice cubes and churn till the ice is crushed and the lassi is frothy.Reserve 1 tbsp very finely chopped pieces of pears for garnishing. Also chop cashewnuts and almonds.

Fill into 2 glasses.Garnish with finely chopped pears, chopped nuts and mint leaves and enjoy a delicious health drink.
