Mango Cucumber Salsa

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine the diced mango, cucumber, red onion, tomato, and chopped cilantro in a bowl. Sprinkle sweetener, vinegar, lime juice, chaat masala, black pepper powder, chili flakes, lightly roasted sesame seeds, and salt to taste.

Toss all till well combined. For the best result combine the dressing just 20 minutes before serving. Chill and serve as a side dish with roast chicken, tacos, or tortilla chips.
