Butter Garlic Pepper Chicken

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut chicken into small cubes and marinate for an hour with vinegar,1 tbsp cornflour,1 tsp all-purpose flour,1 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 th tsp salt,black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp garlic paste.Meanwhile mince garlic and slice capsicum and onions.Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken in medium flame till crispy outside,but soft inside.Set aside and remove excess oil.
* Step 2
In 1 tbsp oil,saute green chillies,then capsicum.Set aside.Add 1 tbsp butter and fry minced garlic.Add sliced onion and saute.Then add the fried chicken cubes.Make a slurry of 1 tsp cornflour,rest of the leftover marinade,1 tsp soya sauce,green chilli sauce,salt to taste and toss alongwith sautéed capsicum and green chillies.Toss till sauce coats chicken.
* Step 3
Sprinkle black pepper powder and serve hot with fried rice or as an appetizer at parties or at any weekend dinner.
