Crispy Chicken Finger Strips are a great appetizer at any party or enjoyed as a snack and is an all time favorite among kids and adults as well. These chicken strips are made by slicing boneless chicken breast into strips. These are then marinated with spices and herbs and dipped in whisked egg mixture and tossed in cornflour mix .These are then crumb coated twice and deep fried or baked to get a super crispy crust while it is tender inside. Serve it with any dip of choice or with hot and sweet tomato sauce.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut boneless chicken into strips.Marinate it with lemon juice,salt,black pepper and 1 pinch food colour.Set aside for an hour.Add parsley and mix all.
* Step 2
Beat an egg in a bowl.Mix cornflour and all-purpose flour in a bowl. Coat each chicken strip with this flour mix. Dust off excess flour.Dip in egg batter and coat with breadcrumbs. Double coat each strip to get crunchy chicken strips.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry in low to medium flame to cook the chicken within with a crispy outer crust.

Serve crispy chicken strips as an appetizer at parties or as a snack with a cup of tea with onion rings and any dips of choice or with hot and sweet tomato sauce.
